Tuesday Mar 19, 2024
Tuesday Mar 19, 2024
Dive deep into the art of embracing change and spiritual renewal with Vanessa Codorníu, the modern-day Biz Bruja, in an evocative episode that signals the arrival of Spring Equinox. In this soulful session, Vanessa weaves together ancestral wisdom, intuition, and the importance of joy and self-care amidst our ever-evolving lives. This episode is a gentle reminder to recognize and shed what no longer serves us, to rekindle our inner magic, and to plant the seeds of new beginnings as the daylight grows longer and the world around us blossoms anew.
Vanessa touches on the significance of the Spring Equinox, a time of equal day and night that heralds longer days and serves as a natural point for cleansing and rebirth. As we transition from the emotional depths of Pisces season into the pioneering spirit of Aries, she encourages listeners to reflect on what needs releasing and how to initiate growth in their lives. She invites everyone to partake in spring cleaning, not just of physical spaces but of the mind and spirit, using simple rituals and nature's cyclical guidance to rejuvenate and recalibrate for the year ahead.
Listeners are treated to Vanessa's recount of her transformative spring equinox retreat, an experience that affirms the need for community, nature communion, and the joyous celebration of storytelling. The episode plants the seeds of self-care as an act of resistance and an essential key in building resilience to support broader societal healing. Vanessa's musings serve as a heartfelt call to nourish the soul and to embrace this season of renewal with an open heart and a playful spirit.
- The Spring Equinox is an ancestral and culturally celebrated period of balance, renewal, and preparation for growth, a powerful time for personal and spiritual cleansing.
- Embracing the lessons from the Pisces season and the proactive energy of Aries encourages personal release and initiation of new endeavors.
- Self-care, especially during turbulent times, is crucial for maintaining the ability to advocate and contribute to societal healing and support.
- Engaging in simple rituals, such as cleansing baths, can serve as effective practices for renewing the mind, body, and spirit.
- Vanessa's personal experience of hosting a spring equinox retreat underscores the significance of community, storytelling, and the arts, such as dance and theater, in fostering joy and holistic growth.
I will be sharing the information for my Spring Equinox Retreat 2025 soon!
